Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Monitor product levels, restock stores and kiosks, and maintain inventory accuracy to optimize sales and minimize losses.
  • Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards, maintain store displays, and ensure product is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Merchandise and Inventory Supervisor, other retail team members, and cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of retail work experience, preferably in a merchandise or inventory control role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
