The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost and quality evaluation, contract management, and data analysis. This role reports to the Supply Chain Director and oversees a team of 1-20 people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Manage contracts
  • Review and process claims against suppliers
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours of work per week
