As a Digital Content Coordinator with Public Health Ontario, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Development and Publishing team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the production, development, and maintenance of digital assets, including PHO's website, knowledge products, publications, and communication materials.
You will work closely with the Website Administrator to ensure that website content remains current, relevant, well-formatted, and accessible. Additionally, you will support the review of knowledge products for publishing, ensuring they adhere to PHO templates and formatting, referencing, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate daily operations and maintenance of the Product Development and Publishing Team's internal SharePoint website, including centralized knowledge product repository.
- Support the Website Administrator in inputting and updating website content.
- Work with Product Development Specialists to review knowledge products for publishing.
- Monitor and track inquiries received by the webmaster inbox and respond using standard responses or escalate more complex inquiries for resolution.
