About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with our field account executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our technology solutions and services to meet customer needs.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology partners and solutions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
