About the Role
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to grow their business, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your analytical and strategic mindset will enable you to find innovative approaches to hitting your sales goals, while your passion for learning will keep you up-to-date on the latest enterprise technology trends.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive customer growth and retention
- Partner with Field Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Identify and pursue cross-sell/upsell opportunities to increase revenue
- Diversify and grow an active book of business
- Collaborate with technology vendors, partners, and specialists to provide expert guidance to customers

- Proven sales and account management experience in the technology industry
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a focus on driving customer growth and retention
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date on the latest enterprise technology trends
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
