About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
