Bilingual Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the technology industry and market trends.
