About the Role

The Specialty Medical Director plays a crucial role in establishing the medical quality and patient care standards for all doctors at VCA. This position requires strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on driving the overall direction of the hospital. Depending on the hospital's size, the Medical Director may split their time between clinical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
