We are excited to offer a position for a Key Holder within the Kiehl's team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Store Manager to meet store sales objectives while achieving personal sales targets set by management. The Key Holder will deliver outstanding customer service and foster customer relationships that encourage repeat business. Responsibilities include executing both short-term and long-term strategies to fulfill goals aligned with the store's business plan, as well as ensuring product and brand presentation while maintaining an orderly and organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance service excellence by improving customer retention, team training, and the in-store experience
  • Support regional competition and growth of new stores through positive store performance
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and operational procedures
  • Act as a leader and motivator to boost team productivity
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Supervise the team in the absence of the Store Manager and collaborate with them
  • Provide management with feedback on business performance
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures for the store
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
  • This position offers 30+ hours per week; specifics can be discussed with the hiring manager

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in retail and/or cosmetics
  • Prior experience as a key holder is advantageous
  • Strong customer service background
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs and/or ladders as needed, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
