Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kiehl's Since 1851. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales growth and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team to achieve sales growth and provide exceptional customer service.
- Expert Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Drive Sales Growth: Generate sales to achieve individual sales targets by applying outstanding service and maximizing selling opportunities.
- Monitor Operations: Track retail key performance indicators (KPIs) and prevailing market information to inform sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- 1-3+ Years of Retail Store Management Experience: Preferred.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to think creatively and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for Skincare: A genuine passion for skincare and a desire to help customers achieve their skincare goals.
