Job Title: Front End Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Store Manager to join our team at FreshCo. As a Front End Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of department staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of department staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage department budgets, labour costs, inventory control, product presentation, and merchandising
  • Coach and develop team members to improve customer service and sales skills
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 months of retail store experience, front-end department experience preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Full knowledge of total store and department operations
  • Experience reading and analyzing financial reports, and experience in developing and adhering to budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Above average communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
