Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Administrator to join our team at No Frills. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Assist the store manager in achieving sales goals by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting products.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Manage the front-end team, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
- Manage the cash office, including safe, paperwork, and operations.
- Be a customer service, policy, and health & safety role model.
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.
- Familiarity with company systems, such as Swedamart, Workday, Persona, and SAP, would be an asset.
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to contributing to store team results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- People management experience and leadership skills would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational abilities, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable store/office environment.
- Computer skills, including PC applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel, would be an asset.
