About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MOON BENTO SUSHI. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff.
  • Create new recipes that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Prepare and cook meals that meet our high quality standards.
  • Plan menus that cater to our customers' dietary needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
