Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Managing Food Costs

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to estimate the amount and costs of supplies and food items, ensuring that our kitchen operations are efficient and cost-effective.

Food Cost Control and Inventory Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, ensuring that our kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.

Culinary Innovation and Leadership

We are looking for a creative and innovative Executive Chef who can develop new recipes and menus, and lead our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Staff Supervision and Training

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality food and service.

Supply Chain Management

Our Executive Chef will be responsible for requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our customers.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule for this position.
