Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Create new recipes and menus to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Supervise the preparation and cooking of complete meals and specialty foods for events and banquets.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
