Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASDIN HOSPITALITY LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our hospitality operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure successful execution.
  • Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals by coordinating activities and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to employee inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and greet guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Perform administrative and office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and willing to relocate for this position.
