Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at IPSP Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in staffing and recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and developing strategies to meet them
  • Preparing and posting job notices and advertisements, as well as collecting and screening applicants
  • Advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Reviewing candidate inventories and contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Notifying applicants of the results of the selection process and preparing job offers
  • Providing guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Determining eligibility for entitlements and arranging staff training
  • Recruiting and hiring staff

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on staffing and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
