Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights on HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
