Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies
  • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Provide HR support to management and employees
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
