Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Earl's Restaurant (Banff) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of over 20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications: Responsible Beverage Service Certificate and ProServe program.
