Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of over 20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Responsible Beverage Service Certificate and ProServe program.
