About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Ferrari Maserati of Alberta. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Support: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; contact contractors for repairs and maintenance; perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas; perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train; permanent position; 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
