Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Alcop Resource Recycling Inc.

Job Summary:

The Grounds Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities, including landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds of our facilities, including landscaping, lawn care, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass, remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Lay sod or seed, plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and apply fertilizers.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, write daily basic progress reports, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.
Work Environment:

The Grounds Maintenance Worker will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
