About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment
    • Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organized
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and stock inventory and supplies
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Language
