  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, following established recipes and presentation standards.
    • Portion and package food items for customers.

  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Restock condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Handle customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
