About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at FAMILY PIZZA. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Availability
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
