About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at 1071741 Alberta Ltd./A&W RESTAURANT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take customers' orders and ensure accuracy.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory and Cleaning
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
