Pita Land is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. You will also supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, creating new recipes, and preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to work in a team environment. You will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants, planning menus, and ensuring food meets quality standards. Additionally, you will prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and recruit and hire staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
