Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute events and functions
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Certifications in food safety and handling
