Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect among staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Work setting: Restaurant
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Language of work: English
- Hours of work: 30 hours per week
