Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Vienna's Bar and Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Train and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure we have enough stock.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
