Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Joeonto Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our food service department. Fluency in English is required for this role.
