We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the President & Chief Executive Officer at World Vision Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the organization's vision and mission forward, ensuring it continues to be a beacon of hope for children and families in need.

About the Role:

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through innovative strategies and partnerships
  • Leverage technology to enhance child sponsorship and data insights for private cash donations
  • Cultivate relationships with government agencies, donors, and other non-profit organizations to advocate for children's rights
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance organization that prioritizes speed, quality, and data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a visible leader for the organization's values and promote a culture of faith-inspired collaborative leadership

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior CEO or P&L leadership experience (nice to have)
  • Fundraising (NGOs) or sales/commercial experience (for profit)
  • Strategic Acumen
  • Strong People Leader
  • Results Focused
  • Collaborative and strong influencing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, including to vulnerable places

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
