Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Requisition materials and supplies

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • Work under pressure
  • Overtime required
