Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and estimate costs and materials.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are essential for effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire workers, train or arrange for training, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
