Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of a team of 3-4 workers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and Train: Recruit and hire new workers, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Requisition: Estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order necessary supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Personal Suitability:
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
  • Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
