We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct customers to the correct department or personnel
- Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
- Handle telephone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Perform clerical duties and accounting duties as assigned by Management
- Stay up to date on procedural changes for each dealership
Requirements:
- Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities of position responsibilities
- Professional personal appearance
- Strong customer relation skills and ability to work well with both internal and external customers
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills over the phone and in person
- Ability to work and function with all work teams and all department levels
