About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the decking and railing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including face-to-face sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the decking and railing industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide training to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
