Business Process Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data analysis and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough process assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable plans.
  • Communicate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process analysis, or business analysis.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent business, strategic, critical, and analytical thinking, with ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and content analysis skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week spent in Waterloo (preferred) or Toronto. The initial contract is for 1 year, with a strong possibility for extension.
