Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, measuring, and managing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, playbooks, and other relevant materials.
  • Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including streamlining, simplifying, and automating processes.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on process performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis and project delivery practices and standards.
  • Knowledge of business/group processes, procedures, and controls.
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience with presentations.
  • Collaboration and team skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influence skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $126,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
