Key Responsibilities
  • Contact plan administrators and/or advisor offices to collect information for outstanding requirements
  • Answer the advisor phone line and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Send timely communications to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong active listening skills
