Key Responsibilities:- Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and safety of cargo.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, and perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide professionalism in customer service, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
- Documentation: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Certifications: Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Schedule: 40 to 60 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
