IT Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at KMS Technology. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by analyzing their needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the client's business needs and processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Document the product's vision and project scope, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirement specifications, including assumptions and caveats, to ensure that all requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements conform to standards and are free from errors.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure that all requirements are met and that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong IT background.
- Good command of English communications skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Knowledge of software development processes, particularly software requirement analysis.
- Solid understanding and experience with BA design tools, including Figma-UI/UX, Visio, and Miro.
- Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer's business environment and processes.
- Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion.
- Personal qualities: team-oriented, thorough, paying attention to details, creative.
