Business Systems Analyst

FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in collaborating with management and stakeholders to analyze IT needs, propose solutions, and manage implementation projects.
Main Responsibilities- Needs Analysis: Analyze and assess business needs, understand clients' objectives, processes, and strategies, and identify problems and establish recommendations.
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define and model IT requirements, ensuring they are documented appropriately.
- Risk Management: Perform risk analyses of pre-projects and changes, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Solution Development: Develop solutions, analyze their impacts, and provide recommendations considering business strategies, needs, delivery times, and costs.
- Project Management: Manage projects based on defined templates, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Testing and Training: Collaborate with customers in testing, supervise migration and post-implementation phases, and provide user training on new features and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Perform technological watch on IT solutions to contribute to the continuous improvement of client systems and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Administration (Information Technology), or a relevant discipline recognized by MIFI or its equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in the IT field, with at least three years as a Business Analyst, and completion of at least one project with a scope of at least 220 person-days.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, good communication and writing skills in French and English, and mobility (an asset).
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
