Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Novagems Inc. as a User Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Consult technical guides, manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
    • Provide expert advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our products and services effectively.
    • Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal teams.
    • Supervise and mentor other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the high standards of our team.
  • Equipment Setup and Management
    • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
    • Manage incidents and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in English, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
