Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Novagems Inc. as a User Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of technical systems.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements, and implement process improvements to enhance the overall quality of technical support services.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
