About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans in accordance with project and ISO 19650 requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage BIM teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Liaise with design teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure design completeness.
  • Lead VDRs and clash coordination meetings, and track and report on clashes.
  • Work under pressure to ensure design delivery according to schedule.
  • Train BIM designers to carry out design reviews and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM Coordination.
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Good knowledge of ISO 19650 processes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products, including Autocad, Revit, Civil 3D, ACC, and Navisworks.
  • Proficiency in Bentley OpenX products, including OpenRail, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, OpenTunnels, ProjectWise, and iTwin.
