About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Damp-R Services Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Language and Hours: Work in English and commit to 35 hours of work per week.
