About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Kingdom Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Work Scheduling: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and initiative.
