Position Overview

The Kingdom Team is seeking a dedicated Logistics Dispatcher to manage and optimize our operational logistics. This role is crucial in ensuring that our transportation and supply chain processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics activities.
  • Maintenance: Organize maintenance and repair work for logistics equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Training: Instruct team members on their roles and company policies, and arrange necessary training sessions.
  • Work Assignment: Assign, review, and coordinate tasks among staff members.
  • Resource Management: Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Personnel Dispatch: Schedule and dispatch personnel according to operational needs.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures.
