Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Kingdom Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player
  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. Work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity and quality.

Language and Work Term

English is the primary language of communication. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
